5. Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide

6. Use a Straw
There are many drinks that can cause serious damage to the enamel of your teeth such as coffee; tea, soda, and wine, whenever you can try to use a straw to reduce direct exposure to teeth, its not very common to drink wine or coffee through a straw, if not possible just make sure to brush after drinking these beverages.
