Yoga Poses for Improving Your Sex Life

Shoulder stand (salamba sarvangasan)
This pose helps relieve fatigue, calm the mind, lessens symptoms of depression, and many more. This pose works on many woes that can plague a healthy sex life.

This pose works well for those who have low libido problem. It increases the flow of blood around the pelvic area so energy levels are increased.

Eagle pose (Garudasana)
This pose occupies a place in the kama sutra. In this pose you wrap one leg around the other leg like a rope. This has a tourniquet effect. When you release the position, the blood rushes through the cervix. This pose is famous for it’s sexiness. It’s not as tough as it seems.
